Soccer

Payton played soccer this spring.  It was supposed to run through just the month of April, but April had lots of snow, so the season was postponed and went all the way through the end of May.  She loved it, but said she is ready to take a break.  She was the team spirit that is for sure.  She cheered so loud when anyone did good and always had a high five for her teammates.  Soccer may not be her calling in life, as she does not have an aggressive bone in her body.  But she had fun and made new friends, and at this age, that is all that counts.

 This is what we did in the car before games.  Okay, so maybe I should have let her listen to some rock and roll to get her in the game spirit instead of reading.  :)

 Goalee was her absolute favorite.  She begged to play that position.

 Her team.  She was the little runt on the team.  The smallest and the youngest and the only one that never played before.
