HAPPY NINTH BIRTHDAY PAYTON

If you didn't hear, someone turned nine! She has been reminding us since January, so I know we didn't forget! She was so excited! She woke up at the crack of dawn to open her presents. We made her a little shirt to wear, so she was ready for school about an hour before school starts! It was just a laid back birthday. She got to choose what I made for dinner (meatballs!) and then we had cake. She had chosen her cake weeks ago, and even drew me a little picture of what it should look like. I think I got it spot on, she loved it! I can not believe she is nine. She is such a great kid. I always tell her that she is a model kid, and I wish I had 10 more like her. She loves art and anything to do with art. And dolphins. She wants to be president when she grows up, and a marine biologist, and a teacher, and a mom. She has big dreams. All of her school teachers say the same thing about her that I saw: great example to others, great at everything she does, and we all wish there were more like her. LOVE YOU PJ!!!
