The BUS!!!!

I have always believe it is my job as a stay at home mom to take and pick up my kids from school.  My personal opinion, nothing more.  I feel I am lazy and unproductive if my kids rode the bus.  However, that changed real fast this year once Payton and Eleanor attend different schools.  It has been so stressful to try and pick them both up.  Eleanor gets out at 2:55, and we run to the car, back out, and try and get down to Payton's school and find a parking spot by 3:00.  Each day it wore on me more and more, and I would yell at the girls to hurry and buckle, Eleanor would try and tell me about her day, and I would tell her it needs to wait, I am trying to find a parking spot, etc.  It just never felt good.  Well, they decided to offer base bus service again.  I debated and debated, but decided to try it out for my own peace of mind.
It started on Monday.  Monday Payton got on the wrong bus.  Eleanor cried, Payton cried, they both thought they had left the other.  The next day, Payton could not find her bus and her and her teacher had to run to find it as it was leaving.  The next day, the bus did leave before Payton was on it.  But by Thursday, they both got on the right bus, and they both got home ok.  I am still not sure what I think about it, we are going to figure out what to do this weekend.
