Payton's friends

Sigh.  This year has just ben rough for Payton.  She just can't seem to find a good girlfriend.  I hate that it is like that, and I know it may not change when we move, but I sure hope it does.  She was really upset about something the other night, so I asked her what was wrong.  She said she wanted to tell me something.  She told me that earlier that day, she had used the Lord's name in vain twice by saying "oh my God".  She told me that her friends say it all day long, and it gets stuck in her head and then it just slips out.  The poor little girl actually used this phrase, "I think my friends use poor decision making when using words."  I agree with her.  :)  She was just upset because she still wanted to be their friends, but she wanted them to stop using that word, and the word "stupid".  I tried to tell her that we can still be friends with people, even if they use language, or do things we don't like.  I told her she can ask them to stop, but most likely they won't because a lot of people don't see anything wrong with it.  But, I told her she can just try and be a good example to them of the right words to say.  It worries my heart when these things keep her up at night.  I think it is going to be rough road for her.
