The girls were very proud. They even helped take off his captain bars, and put on his major leaf. Someone got pictures of that, but I am not sure if we will see them. We only got a few pictures of him on our camera, so hopefully, whoever took them will get them to us.
It was nice to hear all of the wonderful things that Eric's co-workers think about him. He is an outstanding officer, and it showed with all of the things they said about him. It sure made a wife proud. He ordered new uniforms too, so he is so excited to wear the new uniform with the Major on it!!!
