Killing time

Payton and Eleanor started their CCD (Sunday School) classes a few weeks ago. They go on Wednesday nights from 5:45-6:45. Last year we went on base, so it was nice and close, but this year we decided to head into town. The base church is very transient and small, since it is mostly Air Force. That can be nice at times, but since Payton is doing her first communion this year, we wanted a bigger, more positive experience for her. So, we drive all the way across town on Sundays now and Wednesdays. Right across from the church is Canyon Lake, so it is nice for us to walk and hang out with Maggie and Carley while the girls are at church. We were killing time the other night and just hung out on the bridge and watched the ducks. It was perfect fall weather. And isn't it fun how we are all in pink?
