Interview Follow-Up

The interview went really well.  Eric thinks he will probably get the job.  The question now, is will he want it.  They talked a lot about the schedule and it will be a big change for us.  Right now, he works M-F 7:30-4:30 and has every holiday off.  He may have to start working nights, weekends, holidays, etc.  Eric is a big family man, and doesn't like to miss out on dinner each night, and hanging with the kids.  So, if he gets the offer, he will have to decide if this is the right fit for him.  Hopefully, in time we will figure it all out.
