Happy Thanksgiving!

Russ and Krystle and the kids drove up for Thanksgiving this year. The girls were so excited, they could not sleep. They go here on Wednesday afternoon, and the kids played straight through Saturday when they left. Not a toy was removed, they just played together. It was fun, but Conner and Maggie acted just like a brother and sister would. They have a love/hate relationship. Which is kind of funny, since he is Carley's age, but Maggie is the one that drives him nuts. The kids slept for days after they left. It was so nice for them to have such a great time, and for them all to play together.
Thanksgiving day!  The kids planned out where everyone was going to sit, and it took a few tried before everyone was happy with where they were sitting.
Eric invited over the other pharmacist from work.  He is just a young guy and just moved here, so he doesn't know anyone.  He made himself at home, and he fit right in, and the kids didn't seem to scare him, so it worked out nice.  I am glad he had somewhere to go.

We took all the kids ice skating on Friday.  It was a hot, gorgeous day outside.  They all loved it!  It was Carley's first time, since she refused the last time we went.  But she did great.  I took her once around with the little cart thing, and then she did it the rest of the time by herself.  Payton and Eleanor did awesome too, and me and Maggie went round and round with cart.  Eric had a rough time sitting out with Amelia and his leg, since ice skating is his favorite sport.
