First day of school!

Monday was the first day of school for the big girls.  3rd grade for Payton, and 1st grade for Eleanor.  Payton's teacher is Mrs. Rude and she seems really nice.  She has been teaching for a while and seems pretty strict, which I like.  Eleanor's teacher is Mr. Carroll.  I don't know much about him, but everyone we have met, say he is the best teacher.  I miss my girls already!

And on a positive note - Eleanor didn't cry!  We walked to school the first day and she said her tummy hurt a bit, and that she had butterflies, but that is all.  I am so proud of her!
