Relay for Life

We did the LifeRunners Relay for life again this year.  It is a good group to be involved in, and it really is amazing how many abortions we do in this country.  This year, Payton is a bit older and we were wondering if she actually knew what being pro-life meant.  She said it means we want healthy babies to be born.  I left it at that.  I wasn't sure she was ready for what really can happen.  But Eric was having a conversation with her about it and they got deeper than I did, and he explained in a bit more detailed.  I think she was shocked that it was even an option.  Hopefully, her innocence isn't affected.  Anyway, it was another good run.  Eric did 8 miles the first day, then 11 or so the next day.  I think I did around 5 or 6.  But I am glad we did it again this year. 

 The girls were in the car the whole time we ran and they got a bit antsy.  But they played games and I laid down the seats in the back so they could sit.  You can see them doing their clapping games.
