Payton's foot surgery

So, Payton has had a plantar wart on her foot for a few months now. It really started hurting her, so we took her to the doc. They tried to freeze it off a few times, but it just wouldn't budge. They tried an acid on it also, and it wouldn't go away. So, they decided to surgically remove it. Since Payton has quite a low pain tolerance, they decided it would be best to do some light anesthesia. It was scheduled for Monday morning, and she was so nervous. She didn't sleep that great the night before, but she hopped up that morning. I think she just wanted to get it over with. Eric took her down to the surgery center at 5am. Her surgery was scheduled for 7am. I was going to head over there are soon as I got Eleanor off to school. I got there a bit after 8am and they were done. She had cried when they led her off to surgery Eric said, and she cried when she came out of her anesthesia. Overall, she did great. And she was spoiled a bit that day with goodies and treats. She has to stay off of it for the day and the day after, but then she will be back to school.
