THINK PINK 5K

Last Thursday there was a Think Pink 5K on base for Breast Cancer month. It was in the afternoon, right after the girls got out of school. I picked them up, and we got some pink on, then we headed over. The girls did great. We only did half of it, but Eleanor ran the entire mile and a half. She just kept going and going. It was on an indoor track, so the girls could just go at their own pace and I didn't have to worry about them running off. Maggie and Eleanor did the best. Maggie tried her hardest to keep up with Eleanor, but just couldn't do it. Payton and Carley hung back with me and ran more at my pace, which was about run a lap, walk a lap kind of thing. After, we won one of the raffles and we got a backpack full of pink stuff. The girls thought it was the coolest thing.
